Sorry everyone - bare with me! I am excited as you can tell. Ok here is what I know.
Kathie, I don't yet know what the 'H' stands for. Cathy (Mizkaki) what is that dohicky next to the need bar on top? Also, again what are the 'cups' for?
Here is what I know, serial number 1139768, which puts the machine according to Pfaff records 1912. The seal say, " G M Pfaff" and under that it says "Kaiserslautern." The slide plate says "Gustav Huttig Berlin." Ok you Germans interpret for me?
Oh and the crown in the middle of the bed decal says "GMP."
Did you guys notice my camera doesn't recognize it is a leap year?

Thank you guys for your concern over Mowgli. I will be glad when his surgery is over. I will be sewing a lot for the next couple week, no riding for me. The vet said I will be carrying Mowgli around for a couple weeks!

Gustav Huttig is a person's name. There was a famous chemist by that name.

Pfaff was founded in 1862 in Kaiserslautern Germany.
GM is for Georg Michael Pfaff the dude that started the company.
