Linda, the 1515 was made in the years 1975 and 1977. (Got the info from the Old Kenmore sewing machine group on Yahoo.

Thanks Charlee. What do you think about the price? I always have a hard time asking a person to knock their price down. Just a softee I guess. LOL PS: it is really a pretty green machine and has all of the attachments/discs and manual.
