Default Vintage Viking

Should I pick this one up, I think it is free or $20. I know nothing about Viking. Suggestions.

Man, that looks like a dressmaker! I say if it works to go for it.

I don't think this is the Husquvarna Viking. I believe this is a badged 70's clone, made in Japan. Great machines, just nothing like a true Husquvarna Viking.

Good to know Candace. I will take it if free - might not slurg if they want anything for it...I am running out of time to use them all. And I gravitate to my 201 for almost everything now. I compare eveything to that one. I wasn't even too impressed with the FW compared to the 201.

I have a old viking the same color as this but it does not take cams. Viking has been around for a long time. I would buy it for that amount and give it a good cleaning and oiling. That might be all it needs.

I used to have a Riccar - back in the early 70's. Passed it on to someone and so wish I had kept it!!
