of course I do. I even used it a little bit on this for a tough stain spot, but it is a good way to thrash brass.

The wire-wheel was not needed at all this time.

Ok, so confession time. I have been using a can of Brasso. Note :can:

I finally used up the last of my 20+ year old can of Brasso and had to breakdown and go get more. It is now in plastic squeeze bottle (I like it) and boy howdy did it make a difference. I had not realize how "faded" my Brasso was until I used fresh stuff.

And since the second one is is slightly better condition, we can read the bottom line now...

OMG Steve, my Brasso is also in a metal can. Perhaps it is time to purchase some new stuff.

Been so long since I used Brasso, I didn't realized they had "gone plastic". I do have a grody faceplate or 2 to clean and I've seen the recommend for Brasso on it. Any opinions good or bad??

I cannot see a single reason not to so far....

the second WW8 Ruffler here was cleaned with Brasso and an old toothbrush, followed by a Dawn and water rinse.
