    White Model 656

    i just picked up a White Zigzag model 656 today at the thrift store today for 5.00 does anybody know anything about this machine I can't find any info. It is pink and white. It runs but slow so I think it needs to be cleaned and oiled.

    If you need a manual go to http://www.singerco.com/accessories/instruction-manuals and type in W656. A lot of the manuals for White machines are on the singer website and they are free! Hope the manual answers your questions.

    She will be abeauty when she's cleaned up. My mother had a similar shaped one in turquoise with more chrome in the 50s.
