ISMACS has that serial number listed as a 15 from 1928.

There is no way to tell if it's a 115 or a 15 from the top side. I have both and they are identical in all aspects from the top side - very different from the bottom though. Now, if they are from different years, there may be a difference but it's from the age, not the model.

However, the majority of models like this with that decal pattern that I've come across have been 115's.
