We had jaws drop at my mom's estate yard sales....

$1, $0.50 & $0.25 cent tables....with anything from household goods, to gardening tools, to bake dishes, to yards of fabric. As in $1.00 for about 5 yards of fabric!

We also had some "large ticket items" displayed away from the "bargain" areas that my brothers & I agreed we did need to try to get a good price on. You know what? It worked! People snatched things up from the "bargain" tables & boy do those $1's & quarters add up! And yes - we were able to sell our large ticket items for what we wanted.

Our goal was not to get rich, just to make enough to pay the estate attorney. It worked, it made it easy on us, and people walked away knowing they got a bargain.
