No I don't. Never heard of it. My best advice when working with a long armer is first get a good photo of the top. When you drop the quilt off, get everything in writing. Thread mfg & color, how it's going to be quilted, estimated cost & date of completion, name of panto if used etc. Formal contract is best, but just something in writing is better than nothing. When you pick it up, make sure to allow enough time to look it over good BEFORE paying and leaving. This is not just for the person who pieced the top, it's for the long armer too.
I'd take it back and at least ask her about the items you listed.
