Quilt Retreat WIP
Last weekend I went to my first quilt retreat. Although I did not finish my project I had loads of fun and I cannot wait for October when our guild is organizing another quilt retreat. Here is my project started on the retreat. I cannot wait to finish it. It is going to be a gift for my mother in law. The quilt is New York Beauty and it is my first paper piecing project. Needless to say, I am addicted to this easy strip paper piecing technigue that I learned on Craftsy. Cuts down piecing time considerably.
