We are one of those retirees that are looking to move out of this high tax state. Waiting for the property to at least come somewhat back so we can sell and still have money for another place elsewhere.
That said --I do love it here and wish I could afford to live here. New Milford is just too expensive as is the rest of the state. We have no family here and where we do have family, I have no desire to live-California.
Oh well-it will be what it will be.
