There use to be a shoe shop repair and shoe maker in town when my kids were small. I had all their shoes made. They wore the high tip lace ups until they started to school and then it was I'm not wearing baby shoes! LOL. They never wore out their shoes, they out grew them. Now kids shoes seems to wear out in a few months.
