Merciful Journey pam. My mom sits all day ever day too. Part of it is just her nature, she prefers to be entertained rather than entertain herself. Always has. The last two mornings I've caught heck for smiling at her.
I didn't get much activity in yesterday, the day was too fractured. I need to run into town in a little bit, I'm going to take advantage of the flat surface and tear along with my fitbit. No matter where I walk to here, it is always uphill coming home
