I bought a Sauder cabinet from Walmart to use downstairs with an old machine. It has wheels, storage, opens up for more flat space for your quilt, and the price is good. I haven't noticed any vibration. I put it together myself without any problems.
This is the cabinet, but I don't see it listed by Walmart anymore. It was $119 when I purchased it in July.
