My Singer that my parents purchased for me in 1972 because it was obvious that I LOVED to sew! I don't use it anymore and I need to find the foot pedal but just looking at my machine takes me back to that day when we bought it. I remember taking some of the classes on how to use it. It was an "expensive" gift at the time. I love the memory of that day.
