Humdinger847-this is an old topic, although maybe I can help. I haven't FMQ on my 301, yet, and don't have a 15, but I spray a fabric safe silicone spray on the bed of the machine. Also, the table and machine should be the same height, because if not, the weight of the quilt causes a drag, which makes it hard to FMQ. Also, FMQ takes a of practice.
