Years ago I use Network Solutions for my Web pages. I spent a great deal of time developing each page. The company did not do any of the work just provided me the web address and the bandwidth. I am sure what they make available today is many more services that they provided 20 years ago when I had my site up and running. My site did not exceed the basic bandwidth.
