In some parts of the country, snow is a part of life. Here, it's a novelty we're not prepared to drive in. Also, it snows at night, melts during the day, refreezes at night and leaving a layer of ice the next day. No snow tires and I've never put on chains. Just going down the drive on ice is dangerous as the other side of the road is a cliff. It'll clear by the end of the week to sunny and 60's during the day. Besides the PO I need a blood test. Maybe Friday. As long as there is power, or a generator with gas, I could stay put for several weeks, got plenty of supplies and quilting and computer. It's all good.
