for the second day, to find the break!! The Coastal Bend is not set up for freezing weather. We have electricity, but many do not; we only lost power for a few hours. Grocery store shelves are not bare, they are empty!! Panic purchasing.
1,800+ cold stunned sea turtles have washed to shore here in Corpus-approx. half were still alive
Thankfully, temperatures will return to the 60s next week
