I use Solvy Magic order it at Home Sew.com Or as I do I get the catalog and order that way.$ 7.00 for 25 sheets, I also found some leave in at www.softexpressions.com It's Ricky Tim's Stable Stuff Poly and you can leave in in cause it molds to the fabric with the quilt so it's ok as well . I believe it's 10.00 for 50 sheets, I like them both and I Hated PP'ing before I found these Papers. Hope it helps, I don't know how to post a link maybe someone else can??? Hope. ;)

Re the parachute skirt fiasco, I did some digging about the artist, and posted some info on her on page 202 of my PDA. It's too long to take up the space in here, and also off topic, so please forgive me for bringing up the subject again.

Sorry Emsgranny, I know that Admin and Klue had some issues between them and Klue's posts don't seem to be on the board anymore. I didn't keep the list of things needed on my 'puter, but someone else would have, I'm sure.
From memory, basically you need either the Book, Dear Jane, and/or the software, and the two rulers are very helpful, I wouldn't have wanted to be without them. I believe most are available on ebay, and there must be loads of other suppliers too.
I used just less than 15 yards of background fabric, and less than one yard of each fabric in my Trip round the World design (a couple of them were only fat quarters) Others are using up all their scraps. Most of us are using the PP method, some with specially bought paper, but I only used computer printing paper. Then all the usual quilting notions I suppose, and that's about it.

I bought 3 yards of wide (120in?) Kona natural for my backing fabric in addition to what went in the front - it's slightly different to the front Kona cotton too - feels finer. I also bought 2 yards for all the corner stones and binding, but probably have almost a yard left over, so you could definitely get away with 1 1/2 yards for that. I cut the first diagonal so that I could get proper bias binding, then cut the cornerstones from that triangle I had cut away. My binding is double, on the bias, and I cut it 1 3/4in wide. Hope that helps.

Oh and did I forget to tell ya'll that I got ALL the paper pulled off of the blocks up to the current week. Now I'm just pulling it as I go...so I'm seriously trying to decide whether to go ahead with the quilt method of Lesley's or try to figure out how to do it with a back on it. I don't think that we have enough blocks in a specific section though to get started that way. Hmmm...decisions...decisions...

No Patti, there are not enough blocks on any of the lines cross ways or down ways. Thats why I decided to try and do Lesley´s method, a bit more sewing together, but Lesley´s turned out so beautiful its not going to be a problem I hope, as long as I am as good as she has is with the sewing
