Sulabug, I hope this is ok in this thread. Please let me know if it is not.
Yes, it is perfectly okay to post your information here, as we all want to learn what is the right product to use. We will be anxiously awaiting to hear your response from Warm & Plush. Thank you for learning for us!!

deedum.......Your Microwave Fabric Bowl turned out really nice. I love the way you made it such a beautiful gift to give for your co-workers birthday. If it's okay with you I just might have to steal your neat idea. Thank you so much for sharing with all of us here on the Quilting Board!!

Sulabug, yes please do, I wanted to share the gift idea on this. Just think of the endless gift ideas. If a person is sick, put a can of soup, tissues etc in it. All kinds of ideas there. Glad you like it, I hope to find more time to make more.

Thanks Sulabug. I want to make some of these for my Mom and would like to use a safe product but also economical. So far, The Warm Co. has not responded but I will let you know when I hear from them.

This morning I wrote to the Pellon Co. about this product, Pellon® Nature's Touch® 100% Cotton Batting, 90" width BTY. It is currently on sale at Joann's for $7.49. It is ultra clean 100% cotton without scrim. That would be a great deal since shipping is $1.99 through today.

What gorgeous projects of the month you have created & just shared with all of us!! I have to say that you have been one busy sewer lady!! I really like your idea of using an already created block for your microwave fabric bowl. I have lots of those blocks hanging around, so I think I will try the same thing. I want to make some for my son & his wife for their upcoming anniversary in July. This would be perfect!! Thank you so much for sharing.

Made two more Fabric Bowl Miits..made the bowl part somewhat larger for a flatter type soup bowl. Sent them off to my sister along with her Linen napkins this afternoon.

Judy in Phx, AZ

Ps used Warm & Tater Batting in these two.

Judy........I really like these two fabric bowls that you have just made for your sister. I especially like that you are using the same fabric for them, but in different color's. How interesting. Your sister is one lucky girl to received not only these bowls, but the linen napkins that you just made & sent to her with the bowls. Very nice work & thank you for sharing with all of us!!
