can't wait to get started on it- the one shown is beautiful. hoping I have some shamrock fabric left in stash, otherwise hitting my mom up for hers (shhh don't tell).

I think you are trying to print the drawing from the http://www.quiltingworks.com/howto/shamrock-block.htm site but this is only to show you how the blocks are laid out, if you look further down on the page you will see the size of squares that you need to cut out or if you go into the tutorial you will see it. It is a pieced block rather than paper pieced

Thank you for the shamrock pattern, so appropriate. I agree with thomp116 there is alot of opportunity for variety.
