I thought I had added this thread to my email, but guess I didn't click everything. I love the blocks, as usual. Here it is only the first of the month, and I'm ready for April. I'm on another BOM but I think I'm going to make this block for that one too. And when I figure my embroider machine out, I'll add a little embelishments to some of my blocks. Since I'm making them for my granddaughters, I want to make two different blocks each month, but since we are part Irish, this is a good block to duplicate. So here is my March block.

I sat down this evening to get this fun and cute block done. I'm also doing the 50 Fabulous State Stars BOM, which I'm way behind in completing. So, I figured I would get this one done tonight so that I don't forget to do it this month while playing catch up with the other BOM.

Jenniky..........I must also say, "OOH and AHH" about your wonderful Shamrock block for the March 2012 BOM project!! How did you ever get the idea to use log cabin blocks for your main leaves? It couldn't look any nicer & I am sure you have made everyone put on their thinking caps, as to how they can make their's original!! Thank you so much for sharing with all of us. This show & tell is so much fun, keep the blocks coming everyone!!

The different green fabrics you picked out & put together are wonderful. I love them all. Please share with us again, after you add some machine embrodiery. I know everyone would love to see it again, too. Now I can't wait to see your next March block. Do your GD's know that you are making them these quilt's? Thank you for sharing your great block.

What pretty shades of green fabric's you picked out for your block. I love all of them & they look so nice & crisp with your white background. Now that you are finished with this BOM, I hope you can get caught up with the 50 Fabulous State Stars project. I will have to check in & see how you are doing. Thank you for sharing with all of us.
