Ooooh, pretty! May just have to give that one a go, if I can get through my Christmas UFOs, first. All those tiny pieces, though . . . . I may have to cheat and make it into a 24", instead of a 12". Just thinking about all those tiny pieces, is making my eyes hurt.

I used half square triangles in the center...the center comes out to 4 when the block is finished...I like half square triangles because it is easier for me to get the correct size...did the flying geese portion in 1/2 squares also

Pretty block but way too busy pattern for my color scheme, will add additional block replacement & wait for December's block. Y'all have fun with this block!

I've been sewing on this block for 3 1/2 hours and I'm still not done. Sulabug these little squares are a big pain in the you know what but I am going to finish it. Can't tell you it would be on my list to sew again though......Okay I'll gripe but thanks for the challenge! When I finally get it done I'll post a pic

So not looking forward to making this block. I am not a fan of half square triangles but will give it my best shot

Well it's sewn but I lost my points in the middle.....may have to do it again, we'll see. Need to wait awhile to do that but probably will before I put this quilt together, just need a little rest from those little 1/2 sqs .anyway here is my mess ladies.
