WOW!! Thank you so much for posting both sets of your 2012 Calendar theme blocks for all of us to see. They all go together so well. Keep up the good work, as we can't wait to see them all finished at the end of the year.

I am so glad that you are sharing your Maple Leaf quilt with all of us today. It is so gorgeous & the color's all play together so well. I love the little maple leaf blocks within your larger blocks. What a great pattern. Wonderful idea's for all of us to keep in mind.

Linda..........What a Gorgeous Maple Leaf block!! Where did you ever find your fabric with the leaf veins in it? It is so pretty & I love the border that you put around it. Very nice & Fallish for sure. Thank you for sharing with all of us.

Thanks Sulabug and JeanieG! I purchased the leaf fabric from a small quilt shop in Columbus, Ohio about 5 years ago. I intended to do an art quilt with it, but it never happened. It has been in my stash ever since waiting for the perfect project! The green border I bought this year at the Cincinnati Quilt Show.

My Sept block is finished. Can you tell the leaf fabric is actually feathers? Also, my stem came out a bit thin, but at least it still looks like a leaf!

Pat H............OMGoodness, your September Maple Leaf block is absolutely gorgeous!! The feather fabric just makes it stand out. I love all of the color's in your leaf fabric & the border's that you chose to add to it. Very nice work. I hope you continue to make some of the rest of the 2012 BOM blocks with all of us. We are glad to have you join in. Thank you for sharing today, as usual we just "LOVE SHOW & TELL"!!
