Great job Judy. I just borrowed the book from my friend to see if I can do some of them. Thanks for sharing.

Another thing I like about the Kona cotton for these: no front or back of the fabrics and they pretty much go well together. One less thing for me to worry about!

I've just recently starting paper piecing and I really enjoy it. I ordered her the book for this BOW so will have to play catch-up when I receive it. Looking forward to seeing all the great blocks.

Very pretty GoldenDog. I think the solid colors really show off the piecing. I'm using batiks and I think some of the cuts are going to get lost. Oh well, I know they're there.

Ok, fellow quilters; you hooked me. Just ordered my book. I'll be about 3 weeks behind by the time it gets here, but I think this is going to be a lot of fun.

Great block! I love the contrast and the greens are really gorgeous, especially with the dark background.

And I would suggest making those background blocks 4" and 5" - that extra 1/4" is sometimes needed!

I love my background fabric so I guess I will have to buy more. Carol Doak said it adds up to about 5 yards but buy 7 to be safe.
