Ck, both your blocks are beautiful and your wall of blocks are terrific. I know I keep saying it but it is true.....everyone is going to have a beautiful quilt in the end.

Queen of the Dramatic Stars is a compliment, as it would not have been if I called you a Drama Queen
And no, not doing Michigan. Still need to get Maryland done. Undecided if doing Massachusetts. Falling farther and farther down the rabbit hole.

Those are absolutely gorgeous. I love the black background. But not in a household with two pomeranians who shed like crazy, a mutt and a cat.

Paintmejudy, I am in the rabbit hole with you. I am on Kentucky. I just finished a baby quilt for a shower today and hung it on the line to dry at 3:00. The party is at 5:00. Nothing like cutting it close on time. I will hopefully sew on Kentucky tomorrow. Then on to the others. Michigan looks time consuming. I am teaching a class on June 21st that I need to make the sample for. It is the Spicy Spiral table runner. I borrowed the one I made for my mom for a temporary sample. I have never taught a class before. I am also teaching a paper piecing class sometime. we haven't scheduled it yet.
Another week of beautiful blocks. I haven't heard from several people lately, I hope they haven't dropped out. I look forward to seeing all of the blocks every week.

Default Michigan

Here is my Michigan, all 128 pieces. Everyone, your stars are beautiful, just stunning. I think it is worth all the trouble. Youre right, I thought it would never end, and I certainly am glad it's over. ckcowl, your wall display is just breathtaking. What a quilt that will make!

I've had to drop out for a while. I'm having major surgery on my foot, the first week of June. I'm in so many swaps and most need to be done before that time. Maybe, when I'm feeling better, this will be a nice project for me.

Wow it is amazing how beautiful and unique all of the stars come out even though we are all doing the same patterns. GOing to clean up the kitchen and go hide in my sewing room for a while and try to start catching up. Iam on Kentucky and it looks like one of the quicker blocks. Maybe I can get 2 blocks finished today. I am sure something will interfere. My DH is talking about mulching the yard today. I hope my DH and DS can do it. All I hope to have to do is feed them. Loving the extra day off today.
