Nice finishes everyone. I made some extra blocks on the last one. I decided to make NICU quilts out of them. just added a border and had a quilt. ANNAQUILTS is collecting them for the NICU's at her site. she'll take tops, batts or fully made quilts. great cause for these little ones. they can be 15 x 18 or thereabouts. great cause.
Can't wait for the next clue. today is over so we only have Thursday and Friday till the next clue. Hurry please, can't wait anymore.

I found the perfect backing for #8 today.....it is a rust red and tan homespun, looks great with my "prairie" quilt.

My Mystery Train #8 has been finished for awhile. I was waiting for the sun to come out so I could take pictures but it ain't happening. So here it is. Along the way I decided to make a paper pieced Flock of Geese block with some of the left over scraps. The Flock of Geese block shows the true colors in the quilt top.
