Had to resize my photo. Here is the picture with my youngest, one of the reasons this quilt took 11 yrs. This is the quilt that I used the color catchers on.

Oh my...a really pretty quilt...and what a cute inspector you have. Either that quilt is HUGE or your inspector is a little guy too.

Thank you for the comments. The "Inspector" is my youngest daughter, she was 20 months in the picture. I wasn't quite finished quilting yet. I started the quilt for our bedroom when we bought our place but bought a duvet before I started quilting it and there fore lost the "need". Life happened and now it is finished and ready for a snuggle on the couch.:D

Default Week # 32

This week you all are going to have it so easy! Block #5 consists of 8 hearts and a center circle. That's all - just 8 hearts & a circle. AND, the hearts are only 1 piece, not scrolls & swirlies, just a simple heart! Enjoy an easy week.

Oops! I put up a pic of my quilt before I added the final shark tooth borders. It is now basted & ready to quilt!
Now I'll go get the pic of Block #5.

I'm just looking at getting the book and was wondering if anyone can tell me how much background fabric you need for the quilt (I'm too impatient to wait and get the book LOL)
Thanks for your help, BTW all your quilts are stunning, I hope I can do as good a job.
