Hi everyone! I am still working on my En Provence Mystery Quilt. I have all the "pieces" sewn, and am sewing the blocks together. The sashing is also pieced, so I am sewing those pieces also. Here is what it is looking like.

Very pretty, Jeanie. I like your pink stars and the blue in your quilt. Are you going to use your neutral 4 patches at all?

I am still trying to make sense out of the the latest Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt and what it is suppose to look like and how it goes together...so thanks for the picture, JeanieG, and hope you show us more.

SBG, love the sites you listed (or was that Givio?). Have to print off the triangles too.

Weather maps indicates we will get ice and snow, snow coming in Friday night to Sunday...so we made a circuit of travels this morning to K. and back to home town for a few things. Ready has we can be for the storm now. including four new books for me to read. LOL! Resisted a trip to the quilt shop for more fabric for the wild geese flying....can make it more scrappy with what I have on hand..., I think I can.....I think I can. We are so blessed with a warm house and a lot of food on hand. Another beef roast on the stove in an iron pan simmering until its tender enough to eat without any teeth so dh can eat it. I will add carrots, celery, etc., to it later. Trying to stay away from high calorie foods. . . and low sugar foods. The sky has looked strange all day, it is building up to a big storm. Monday, it will turn warm again and be above freezing. Yep, we are blessed.

NinaSue, here is my mystery quilt top. It's supposed to be a 16 block, 4x4 configuration, but I only did a 9 patch 3x3 configuration. And it's plenty big enough for me! I added in the skinny green border.

There is a dedicated thread to this mystery:
http://www.quiltingboard.com/quiltin...e-t283327.html
but you will see so many variations there. Seems like everyone made some sort of change to theirs. Mine looks the way it was meant to look, except I substituted the green border for a border of neutral 4 patches that was supposed to be there. If you want to see what the whole quilt was meant to look like, you'd best go to the Quiltville.com site and see Bonnie Hunter's. Also, if you have any interest in the pattern, better get all the parts to it now, while it's still up for free. I don't know how long it will be before she takes it down.

Hope your power stays on through your snowstorm! Stay safe.

I have the seven part pattern downloaded and printed off, just have not looked at it too closely yet...I might get too interested in it...LOL. Love the way yours looks, SBG, and the others on line with BH. I have come to greatly respect her patterns and site. I can see the four patch in most of the ones posted but not all. It is great your can modify the pattern and make it yours. Hoping to see JeanieG's finished one as soon as she can get it done.

It is freezing rain here, almost like its the atmosphere is just misting rain that freezes on the ground...to turn to snow this pm and tomorrow, so do be careful and safe everyone.

Had to work hard this moring for my 'attitude button deep inside myself...and finally found it again. Great. Now I can smile at the day.

Pretty baby kitty, Honchey! Enjoy, because they grow up too fast.

That sleet is treacherous, QNS. We had that same weather a week ago... ice on the ground for about 3 days before our temps came back up. Now it's warm again! Probably at least 70 this morning. Mississippi weather is really schizophrenic. And the people here do NOT know how to drive on snow and ice, when we get it.

JeanieG, I love the fussy cut center on your stars. Are you going to do that for all of them? The purple center in your green stars is nice too.
Hope to show you mine before too long. I want to sew more before I take a picture...
