Thanks for the comments, girls. :-) I hope to show some more finishes to you. It's fun to share with a group that understands the efforts of our hobby.

My daughter-in-law's doctor put her on bed rest for the last three months of her pregnancy. She's finished one month, just two more to go. I'm planning to sew a log cabin type quilt for her in the next weeks, and get in the mail to her before too long. That's the next project that will keep me busy.

Let's see pictures of the flowers, wedding gown, TicTacSew, etc.! :-)

I have a couple of pictures of the bride in her dress, from the fitting, but I'm under oath not to show it! Her mother would have an absolute bird if I showed it on the internet. LOL.

Here is my Friendship Quilt, tho:

Oh, I just meant the dress, not the girl. :-)
I like your choice of a darker brown for the setting. Looks nice!

Well we are finally back home. Dh went into the hospital there the night before we were going to come home. He was dismissed this morning( finally after a 2 hour wait) and DD drove us home and rode with cousin staying here, back to almost the Iowa border where her husband is picking her up. Dh's system refused to urinate and caused him extreme pain. Bryan East put in a caterer(?) which will return until his appointment on the 17th; cousin is coming back to take him as I have an appointment with the skin cancer doctor again. Oh, it is soo good to be home again! Had a good time with DD and family. Will see our doctor tomorrow on wellness report and probably talk about Dh time in the hospital.

Givio, what a lovely orange quilt. So warm and cozy. Love it. SBG, you amaze my with your work.

Thanks!
Not a great photo of the Friendship quilt. The blocks look washed out against the brown. In real life the brown is not that dark and the blocks look brighter. Also, those yellowy colors are actually pretty lime greens! I love it.

Dh illness is on going until he sees the specialist on Tuesday and see what he proposes to do. They may or may not operate and remove the tissue build up from an operation 15 years ago. And I will be going to my skin cancer doctor the same day. Home Health care nurse was just here to help with DH...and take down more information. Glad she came by and looking forward to seeing her on Monday.

After I get the house straightened around I hope to get into my sewing room. Hoping to hear from GrannyQ, hope she posts today.

Washed the guest room linen, and will be making the bed again today. Cousin Mary and Robert will be back Monday to help out again. They have been great help....Mary just says, "Well, we are family and family helps out." I guess making her a quilt paid off and established a good relationship. I feel blessed in their friendship and help.
