Gee, isn't it fun when fabric just hops along to journey home with us..its love at first sight!! I have some Kona purchased by the bolt, cream and butter and Champagne that I would share with other PC riders. Color charts are listed on line for Kona, Champagne is a grey-lilght-brown, very light off white color, cream is a very pale yellow-white, and butter is more 'yellow' color.,,have talked about buying it by the bolt before. Much cheaper, although have not seen any good buys in the last several months. So still waiting before buying any more, but have plenty on hand to 'gift' a quarter or half yard.

Scraps I have; maybe a semi load of them...at least a u-haul. Just about every color of the rainbow. Lord, I gotta tell St. Peter, I need 3 lifetimes just to use it all up!!! And 3 book cases full of patterns and another full of quilt magazines.

Oh good news from the Netherlands. Positive images of healthy babies are heading east!
I'm here for just a second--saw this thread and thought of you GGal. Would you give this a try?

I'm sure the alcohol helps preserve it.

OK...thanks for the spray baste link. It sounds reasonable and worth a try.
Alright...I have another challenge for this mysery...I just finished the basic piecing for my first block and just LOVE it! My first thought was to make one for me but if I did that for every block, the quilt would be tooooo large. Then I remembered a quilt I did last year called Siblings. There was one 12 inch and one 6 inch block if each pattern. So for everyone I send you guys, I'm planning to make a 6 inch duplicate. Then I will have two ways to remember how unique and special each one of you are.

Anael, what great news on Isa. Now that her tiny body doesn't have to work so hard with the ductus hopefully this will allow her to grow and heal. Isn't it amazing the surgeries they can do on such tiny, tiny babes? Now, to get Bram's fungus infection cleared up!

Ggal what a great idea to make the smaller, duplicate blocks! I had so much fun making the 4" copies for PC quilt that I may do the same with these--thanks for the idea. Don't 12" blocks seem huge?? I keep thinking I cut wrong since I haven't done large blocks in such a long time.
