OMG, QNS, talk about shuffling all those fowl around! LOL It tires me out just thinking about it!

Carrie, what nice table runners for grandma. Have a great time visiting with all the relatives!

NO big deal, Jeanie. There are just 7 roosters (a hen or to in that count) and 9 young chicks. Off to help dh this morning caring for them and to hunt for the 'hidden' duck eggs or there will be a hatch in the duck yard.

Mirabelle...I do hope it isn't rotor cuff. I do know how painful that can be and hope that I've caught mine early enough that surgery won't be required. Quilt in the Square has the new PP block posted. I have that in my bucket list.
QNS....I took a nap yesterday's too. For some reason I was really dragging. What will you do with the little guineas? Are they considered a meat bird?
Carrie...nice quick gift for DGM. Enjoy your family today.
Anael....great camera work. I bet those beans will taste good!
grannyQ....thanks for the update on your son. I trust he will continue to improve and you can take him off of your worry list. Continued prayers for DH and DS.
It is humid this morning so I'll try to find a fan. Not too much else going on except church later this afternoon.

Thanks GGal, I will know in a couple of days, I did manage to do some quilting today, just gritted my teeth and got on with it. I am going to try and quilt 3 baby quilts before Thursday (wish me luck).

DH didn't go fishing, he was supposed to leave Friday afternoon so I drove home early from Townsville only to have a phone call to say the charter boat had cancelled the trip due to bad weather. Boy was he disappointed, didn't speak to anyone for almost 2 hours.

Will send a pic of my July block to Anael tomorrow for approval so I can post it on Monday, I hope she approves it or else I am in big trouble Chat to you all tomorrow. Goodnight

Three young hatched guineas and more to come, we hope. They eat bugs and ticks; yes, the dark meat is the best when they are 12 weeks old...right now we are trying to 'build' up the number of guineas. Down to five adults from 12 last year. Still trying to figure out what happened to a young duck...my count was one short this morning.

Aye, Mirabelle, I think you are first again with your July Block. Mine is cut out to piece. No time yet to do so. Still doing my 'pilot' job. Is there light at the end of the tunnel yet? Looking forward to seeing that light.

QNS--good news about some new little ones. Hope you can find the missing duck.

Ggal--hope you have a good day. Do you have sewing on the list of "things to do"? It's supposed to get warm here today too.

Karen--praying your scan isn't anything major and that you don't hurt yourself this week with the baby quilts!

I need to email my July MB to Anael too. I got it done a while back before I knew I needed it for July. I have one other done that I know I won't need until sometime after Sept. August and Sept blocks will get done sometime later this month.

Up to six little guineas now; I am excited. There's four more eggs under the hen who hatched the six and four on the other side under a hen that left them for a whole day, so do not expect them to hatch. Time will tell the tale. Mother Guinea was off her third group she is sitting now, but was headed back after getting a drink and eating a bite. May have to make a 'guinea' quilt. LOL!!

Hi Everyone, I am busy pinning my July MB as we speak...I got the pattern from Quilterscache and I'm kind of disappointed that when I print the patterns from the site they print out 1/4 " short....and this is not the first time and I've used different printers... I had to draw it up using EQ7 and it comes out perfect so I know it's not the printers....

You're going to have bunch of Guineas running around QNS...

Mirabelle...I hope you're taking it easy on that shoulder....you don't want to damage it anymore than what it is...I've had rotator cuff surgery...couldn't even lift a salt shaker off the table...

No rain here for 3 days now...everything is drying out but it is as humid as ever....DH & I went to the beach for the fireworks on Thursday....It was great....lots of kids running around spashing in & out of the ocean....It was over too quick....
I'm going to see about the table today Jeanie...I hope they have it in stock...it has to be ordered then shipped to the store for pick up...
Yes, Everyone have a good weekend....

HELP....my DH has decided to clean the frig....before morning coffee....!!!! There is now nothing in it and he found a bottle of Pepsi that has been there since before I came over 3 years ago. It was way behind the crisper drawer where no one would ever look for it but since the entire shelf with the crisper drawer attached is now outside to be power washed...it appeared. I hope that the fridge is the only thing he decided to deep clean today but there is no telling where this will end once he gets the "bug"!!!!!! Have a great day everyone!
