Anne, I'd appreciate the recipe. I Googled it and got too many options. Nice bedroom set--all for $100 is a good buy. The girls at my office are hooked on those gel decorations. We have the sliding windows dividing sections of the office. They try to out do one another with their decorating.

Qns, I'm so looking forward to "my time" even tho I've only worked one day per week for awhile. This is the first year in a long time that I'm not curled up in a fetal position with seasonal depression by now. I think it's because I'm satisfied with my decision, not second guessing myself like I did before. Keep your fingers crossed for me that this state of mind continues.

Finally got some sewing done today. Started quilting the bedrunner for the B&B. I'm still not sure she'll like the batiks--maybe too modern, not rustic enough. (Here I go second guessing myself LOL). Hope to have a pic for you soon.

Anne, what a buy you found; perfect bedroom suite! I would like the recipe, too, if you could email me also, thank you.

JeanieG, when I got my email from Laura, she must have been rushed in time; very short, nice and direct. She will let me know when the autographed copy is available for purchase.

Good luck to you, JanRN. My dh can think of more things for me to do and give me 'heck' about the rest of it. Now that he drives me everywhere, it seems I cannot escape him at all...my only choice is to let him sound off until he runs out of steam. If I say anything, he takes a breathe and starts over...Lord, help me! And firmly shut my mouth!
I have more friends than he does, I went more places than he does, etc., and I made many a trip, tried as an old dog, to do his biding and think of him first. When he is good, he is good, but when he is bad, its all bad...almost abusive in words...and then says he is not abusive...as if I have 'earned' the lecture by caring for him.

No sunshine today, and I could sure use some sunlight today! May it get better. May all of you have a good day!

I'm listening and hearing your comments on RMr's. Know my DH would benefit as he works so hard, but once he finished with the "I want to" list he'd be underfoot as well. Ah the dilemma...

Where are you going to put the wwicker pieces,H? I'm thinking accent tables in a sunny room would be perfect using batiks for fabric choices. I call this a major score! OK, must get some work done. Sun's shining..enjoy it

I've had asthma for the last few days. I'm takin' all o' my asthma medicine & drinkin' double strength hot tea. Am wired ta the tilt. I hate that inhaler! Makes me shake. I'm not gittin' any sleep a'tall! I guess the cold front that blew through on Tues. AM had a bunch o' cedar pollen blow through w/it. I am highly allergic ta cedar pollen. Cedar blooms from Oct ta March.

Sorry to hear about your asthma from the cedar blooms, Dublb; guess you will have to come visit me those months and get away from it! LOL! Guess I can dream of that and getting help with getting around here and trying to 'see' and finish this skin cancer operation thing. Grrrrrr. Then I had to fall on cement with my right leg twisted under my heavy body...sprained it and it will continue to hurt for awhile. One day at a time.

Maybe its time to start drinking something stronger than spring water. LOL! I drank milk for breakfast. May you all have a good day.

We just got back & my DH brought in the cp bag and here I am!!!

OK, the head board is going on the bed in the guest room ,the wicker dresser & mirror is replacing the short chest of drawers that's in the guest room and that chest is going in the closet of my sewing room. the nite table is going on the side of the bed that doesn't have one..and the TV table has a swivel top and doors beneath for storage which is replacing a lovely wicker sofa table in the guest bedroom..the sofa table & another piece that I have is going on the porch when we eventually stay longer...The guest bedroom is now finished as far as furniture goes.. I was so excited when I saw the ad ...I told Bob "we're getting it" didn't give him a chance to say "no"...I scrambled to find a neighbor with a truck to help us move it...We didn't have a lot of time as we were leaving the next day...
I will get the recipe this weekend...I have to unpack the car first....

Hope you feel better Bev, allergies are a bummer...QNS, stay off that foot!!!

Have a good weekend all...H.

OH no Sue! I'm so sorry that ya fell on top o' everythin'! Huggs!
Taday has been a better day. I'm not coughin' near as much.
I feel bad about grippin' about my DH. He has really worked hard at not gittin' underfoot. It's just a bit hard. He has fixed my breakfast every mornin'. So he now cooks every meal. If he decides ta go back ta work I will miss him along w/the awesome breakfast. He just hasn't figured out how ta schedule his time.

I've had some extra time to sew this week so quilted a UFO that has been sandwiched for over a year. Finished this morning. http://www.quiltingboard.com/quiltin...ml#post6996398
