Hubby take the papers out to his chimmea in the back yard and just burns. We do this every year, so it never piles up. I am still in fun knit mode and here is a Zebra I just finished. I really need to clean up the quilt studio. I just can't work in this mess lol....

He is so cute Rosy! I can do simple knitting - the hardest I have done was sox for my dad for Christmas one year when I was a teenager! I cannot crochet however, every time I try all the loops are different sizes - LOL.

Jeanie, if you can knit socks, you can do these little animals. I used the same pattern from the Donkey as they are so alike in body anyway and this knits as one piece. The link for the pattern is in the Donkey thread. I knit at night while I am watch a movie or my favorite Hercule Poirot shows lol. I need to dig out my Miss Marple dvd's and re watch them. I think I have all of them....I like cozy mysteries with just a light murder hahahhaha

Oh Rosie, I have been really working hard as getting all that stuff shredded. I am so sorry I haven't been here. We still have 9 boxes left! I think we are gonna have to find a secure shredding company. I am soooo tired of shredding! DH tried to burn some of it in the grill but the wind kept picking it up.

I have been on the 'go' one place then another. And reading books. Have not finished EM for tomorrow; just have Doris done. Maybe tomorrow morning. Need to clean house, my bedroom is cluttered with papers, etc., and needs attention. Sorry, Rosie, I guess everyone is looking at the calendar and thinking of dozen of things on a list that needs to get done. I am trying to relax and enjoy the moments of no stress. Storm is predicted to hit Wednesday morning, and to be a great thunderstorm and high winds.

Take care, everyone.

I had guild tonight...spent the afternoon getting historian book up to date. Seven pages of pictures. Tonight's session will be many more. One of our members gave a trunk show of her quilts and quilts she and her husband have purchased. She's a prolific and talented quilter in her own right, and the additional quilts were beautiful..many appliqued and hand quilted. A night of oohs and aahs. Work tomorrow..time go to bed...
