I cannot get the paper piecing either. Somehow it just doesn't *click*.
With work like yours though...who needs it?

GORGEOUS..........I wish my point turned out like that. I made a block once, and the corners were so bad, I kept it as a reminder to myself that ....yes....I need to persevere!!!!!
