I'll go next. I'm not any farther along with mine. Just have the first border on.

Hi Granny, I had to empty my sewing room and in one of the totes was a ton of purple fabric in every shade. I counted them and there were 33 different pieces. I could have made a purple quilt like you :P :P :P

Anne, I thought when I get done I would count all the purple fabrics I have used. I really like the way it looks. I'm going to use the dark purple as the last border. I will really miss this when we are finished. Thanks for all your help.

I love them all! We all interpret them so differently-each one is a beauty.

I brought some sewing to work today and managed to get a block done. I'm dedicating this block to GrannyQ because I did it in purples after finding a tote full of that color. Anne

Stopped in to see your FW blocks! They are all so pretty! I'm making the same quilt and have about 50 blocks completed so far. Some are easy and some are kinda difficult! Good luck to you all and I doubt I'll get much done this summer on mine.

Jillnjo, I've finished about 50 blocks also. I was trying to catch up this summer, but life intervenes! So maybe we'll be travel mates and reach the finish line together!

Things have been crazy here.... but am hoping to get back to these soon! I miss them and you all, but do check in once in a while. The blocks continue to be such eye candy and love seeing what everyone chose for their colors.

Hi Judy! So good to hear from you! I've missed you. I'm looking forward to seeing your blocks when you get going again. Life is what happens when we are on our way to somewhere we planned!
