If the tutes are of techique not a block we should be ok. We will just have to apply the techique to the blocks.

Well, it is pouring buckets here today, I am hoping to make some progress on my blocks. Although I am diheartened, I am going to push through some until this is all fizzled out lol

Hey CJT, raining like mad here too!!! We aren't very far apart geographically speaking!!! Glad to hear you will persevere!

I have given Esqmommy my email addy and am willing to help where I can. I have been racing away, and have just done my 42nd block, most on our schedule, and some hand applique ones during the evenings, because by that time I am too tired to sit at the machine. Don't despair, this woman might have a claim to the name of her book, but she didn't include any methods of construction anywhere as far as I can see - I have both the book and the software. So I am willing to answer questions, where I can, about construction.

We can't have been the only large group to attempt this quilt, so the others before us must have managed somehow.

I do think we need to rename what we are doing...using the Dear Jane name will be a problem. Any suggestions?
