SulaBug,
Your blocks look beautiful and the fabrics are lovely. All of you guys on this quilting board make such perfect blocks. What is the secret to making perfect blocks?

Cheryl, those are super. When did this start? I've missed out on it, must have been before I joined. Those are great, are they all posted on here still? Wow, you do great work.

Pat,
This BOM started in January, of this year. I do believe that they are all posted on the home page, under Block of the Month by Patrice. I was
fortunate enough to pick up my Christmas fabric in January at a 75% off sale!! :D So I thought, why not, now I am so glad that I did. Thank you for the compliment!!

Your blocks are beautiful, Sulabug. Don't like to be a copycat,
but ya gotta do what ya gotta do - great idea and great execution.

Sula, your Christmas version of 54/40 is very pretty!
We have the Mennonite Fall Festival here in Albany every year and they have a wonder quilt show and auction for their charities. One year I saw the prettiest quilt in pale yellow, green & even a little lavendar small floral fabrics. I contacted the lady who made the quilt to get the name of it & to see if I could borrow her pattern long enough to make a copy for my collection. She printed the entire pattern & instructions & mailed them to me. I must admit that the original pattern was no where as beautiful as her feminine version and it turned me off to ever making it. Now that I see your very pretty version, I will have to make one for our bed.

Oh Sula, that is the most beautiful quilt! I can only hope that someday I will be able to do as well. You are a very talented lady!
