I'm too excited to wait until midnight here, so I'm pretending I'm in Maine where it is now midnight!

When I think of August, I think of hot summer days. So I choose the sun: bright, warm, cheerful.

JeanieG I also had trouble printing it out. I had to change my browser from Google Chrome to Internet Explorer. For some reason it was bugged printing from the Google Chrome. I did finally get it printed though. Now Im just trying to decide which fabrics I want to go with.

I was using Firefox and had to go to Page Setup and scale it to 204%.

I always have to switch to IE in order to print patterns from quilter's cache to the correct scale.

My test square printed out to 1" right on the dot. I am heading for hot pinks for this one.

With Firefox, I have to click in the 1" square before I print it. That enlarges the pattern to the correct size for me.

My block won't be finished until September...been very busy and will be away for a few weeks. Everyone's blocks are all beautiful!

Good Morning Judy. Yes, it is perfectly okay to ask about hints for September!! :D I just posted a couple of hints on the picture thread, but I am happy to post them here too. It is time to think of warm fall color's for the September block choice, for this year. The block will be pieced with a few HST squares in it. This block will go together really quick & I am sure everyone is going to LOVE it!! Start pulling your warm fabric's.
