2015 - September Block of the Month - Photos
 

this is my first attempt at Swing in the Center.
i wanted to challenge myself so i used templates and inset seams.
i've attached the template file in case anybody else wants to try it that way.
i also attached a file for paper piecing a 12" version.
i haven't written instructions to go with either file, but will answer questions if anybody tries using them and hits a stumbling block.

I love this block... and I love your fabric, it really defines the block pattern. I will have to see about the paper pieced version as I'm not sure I'm ready for the challenge of inset seams. You did a lovely job.
