hello. How do you begin the 2020 train? how do i find the blocks? thank you

This train ride was in 2018, PaintMeJudy said she was taking a break for a while. I'm hoping she is still up to planning them. It was so much fun. If you want to do the clues for this one, they are here on this thread. But I am not certain where they start.
