Judy you are so onry and such a tease. Here are some of my blocks. also I need to trim them yet. I love all the pretty blocks everyone has made. Don't look to close you'll see little threads and lint on them. LOL:thumbup:

thinking we are in for some surprises on Saturday...40 x 54 = 2160 sq inches.
8 x 8=64, 64 x 12= 768, soooooo 1392 more?

oh,oooooooooooo the possibilities

And gold and copper. UGH! Got married in 1970 and those colors...well, nothing else seemed to be available.

Dear 53 that is really a light pink and so is the print. I'm thinking pink and greens?

such a wonderful display of different fabrics and ideas... I didn't see any specifics regarding pressing seams one direction or another... I have even pressed some seams open. Does anyone have any suggestions or opinions?

Windblown: I have yards of that house fabric that came in as a donation to my church quilting group. Lol

I have completed 20 squares but will wait until next Saturday's clue before I press my 8 1/2" blocks. I like to nest my seams when I can...

Everyone's blocks are so pretty--I'm really looking forward to the finished quilts!

Now I remember those colors. remember the kitchen appliances in the 70's, that brown, harvest gold, and avacodo.
the pink and grey rooms and furniture on te late 80's early 90's. The deep colors of Christmas in the 90's. memories.
