Thanks Judy, I like these colors, but have to say that the colors have evolved since I started...its much brighter and vibrant than 1st intended. Dh likes it though, thats all that counts!

I've seen your pretty face & you probably have seen my ugly, fat, old mug, so unless we had different fathers, I guess we're not twins, but we sure are thinking alike these days! And, I think I'm a bit older than you, probably a lot older.

I've been busy working on Blocks # 9, 10, 11, 26 & 29.Got to putting the "backgrounds on the 4 corners & then put the color part of #10 down, basted the top black layer & am ready to stitch that. I really didn't like doing those sliver inverted pointies, so decided to get these out of the way!

Elle, I was scrolling backwards, and saw the pick of your block - do you realise you missed a bit of embroidery on it (the pointy bit at the top? Just thought you might like to put that bit in so it looks symmetrical.

Just goes to show how little time I have lately to really look at things...I missed that Lesley!

Oh yes so I did, thanks Lesley, would have been a nuicance had I not seen it. i didn´´t notice probably because I did a whole lot of embroidery at the one time.

Well at least it won't take many minutes to put that bit in, will it. At the rate you are doing them, you won't have any to take on holiday

Thats what I was thinking too...maybe she has found enough pink to take along a stack of those tris though...

Well no I haven´t got enough pink to take with me. So the rest are going to be trapunto (I THINK) not having tried it it will be a new thing for me to have a go at. I need to find a nice pattern though, one that will go well with the rest. i have the 4 corner pieces all the same pink and I thought other pinks might work but don´t like it. I want to hold off buying anything till I get my holiday over.
