Love your colors.. I tried keeping my colors just like the pictures. I used a lot of scraps as you only need small pieces.

Thread knotting problems, I found a Thread Conditioner and Protectant, at this website:

no problems with knotting or tangling...

My sister told me its' a clear silicone product, just slide your thread through it, and it disappears when you sew with it. Very reasonable $3.99, I bought 2 of them as I'm always setting it down somewhere, and then looking for it.

Wonderful stuff. It has also helped my fingers from cracking, (I'm allergic to the phormaldyhyde (or however your spell it) in fabrics).

For those in the U.S., I have also seen Thread Heaven at JoAnns. I just got some recently, haven't used it yet though. Thanks for the recommendation, Donna.
