QB and Watson
QB I ust love it. You are so talented!. Watson, I love a puzzle. But I couldn't find the odd one. It's a beaut one too
|
Very nice Watson. I think I found the missing piece. But I won’t tell anyone. Finding issues was part of my job when I worked. It was like solving a puzzle

Here's mine pieced-I changed the corners since I ran out of one of my colors.
Thanks IceLeopard, It was fun! |
Oh, that's nice, Swenjen. Good save on the corners. And who is to know that it wasn't that way originally? ;)
I think I'm enjoying looking at the changes as much as seeing those made to my pattern. We have a talented bunch of quilters here! |
Swenjen...so beautiful. I really will have to make another one. Not scrappy.
|
finished ..Row 14
3 row left. did you press before joining the rows? Or press after all we’re joined? I get confused which is best method to use |
I tend to press the seams in the direction that they want to go. When I was joining the rows, it seemed to work best if I pressed them open, especially where the points of the corner beams come together.

Makes sense...I will have to see which way the6 want to go hope to work on this tomorrow. Thank you
|
Grand daughter's and husbands left today. Did my round for the round robin and started laying out some more of these squares. Got them done on the bottom layers and planned out for the top, tomorrow start sewing row by row. Taking awhile but a quilt will emerge out of all of these little squares:) Love the quilts I have seen ladies, same pattern, different fabric and they all become "their" own. How awesome is that.....Guess that's why we all do this and love it!!
