Okay, It's official, I HATE paper piecing. I did finish my church, but with alot of difficulty. It took me and my friend at least 8 hours to do a block each.

Ok...after much fiddling with the size of the templates, I think it will be an okay block. I love the block, but boy getting those templates the right size was a bear! Picture tomorrow! So, I won't give up on this BOM, as long as there''s no more PP!

I strongly suggest watching the You Tube link that was posted here or the other post for instructions. I had taken a class many years ago and learned more from watching the 15 minute video. Just take your time. My block is almost done, should post a pic tomorrow.

As with anything we do - practice makes better (there's no such thing as perfect). Don't give up after just one try. I'll agree I did not find pp enjoyable, but I'm hoping that next time will be less frustrating.

Your church is beautiful Laurie! It is great to see all the different blocks. Same pattern but using different fabric makes them all different. It is fun.

Your block is beautiful. I love your windows and grass.

Can't see imperfections. It is stunning!
