All these blocks are so pretty.....even look good without the stems! Quite a few of you opted that way....it would make a great looking quilt or tablerunner that way too!!

All the BOM's that I am trying to get caught up on are going into a quilt. I want something bright, bold and cheery for the drab, grey winter weather that is just around the corner, LOL. Here we do not get much sun from October until May....

If that block doesn't cheer you on a gloomy Winter day then I don't know what will. It looks like the sun itself. :) Very pretty amma!

I can't wait to start on these!!! Mine will not be as pretty though I'm afraid. My SIL wants a quilt with more muted fall colors, so that's what I'm going to make him. The fabrics I've chosen are pretty by themselves, but I'd love to add a "zinger" and I'm not sure he really likes that idea. He didn't say much when I suggested it but when someone says "Welllll...." LOL We'll see. I've decided to go ahead and use the BOMs as the pattern for his quilt since there are so many pretty patterns to choose from.
