I believe this is the starburst quilt pattern, it looks like log cabin strips.
I would like to make this for my son for his wedding present. Any help would be very appreciated.

Lori is this from an older book/mag from the 70's perhaps?

If you go on ebay they have many patterns and kits for this. Input either Log Cabin Star or Diamond pattern....

Lory K 02-27-2011 04:04 PM

I don't think so, I've never seen it before. But I could be wrong.

Lory K 02-27-2011 04:07 PM

Thanks I'll give that a try.

connie_1936 02-27-2011 04:53 PM

looks like it could be a kaye wood design. looks very familiar. good luck with your search.

Lory K 02-27-2011 05:09 PM

Thanks, I believe it's a starburst pattern. But cant seem to find it. only a picture with it's name. I've been looking for 2 weeks now.

This looks like Log Cabin Diamonds. Eleanor Burns has some on her website and there are some on the Amish quilt website. These places may be able to assist with pattern. Good luck; it is beautiful.

Than you Murphy, I check that out.

That looks a lot like the pattern that Dunster had for sale and the beautiful quilts she has made from it. She is a member of this board, you might go to the search area and check out her pics. I think the name of her quilt is Diamond Log Cabin. But you might just look under pictures of Dunster.

Dolphyngyrl 02-28-2011 10:17 PM

They sell it at keepsakequilting.com, i think it is called starburst

violetsfarm 03-01-2011 05:00 AM
