Check out Rhonda's new BOM (the first one was in 2010). Her blocks are always easy to do, especially using her cut-down method. Check out her posts on this board for her articles and tutorials. They're great! You can't go wrong with Rhonda!

I am with Rhonda's BOM and I love it.Her instructions are very easy to follow. With her group you must do one of her blocks for the exchange. You will have no problem being a beginner,if you do she will walk you through your problem. You can learn a different block each month or stick with the same block. My profile picture is one her blocks. Welcome from MI.

there are a few different ones going on.
if you do one of Rhonda's she will send you templates needed =
some are people working on a particular quilt (like the farmers wife quilt) and sewing-chatting helping each other get through it.
look through the list check the blocks and decide which one you would like to participate in ... and jump right in :)

Thanks for this info, I have an idea on how it works now, will wait till someone contacts me to do one.

One of the best things about this board's BOM - you can join whenever you want! Don't need to sign up or wait for an invitation!

Yes, a beginners BOM would be good.

I would love to see a beginner's bom because some of the blocks people are doing seem quite difficult for me and I don't think I could come up with my own sampler because there are so many to choose from!

I would also be interested in a beginners BOM.
