Have you tried it with black for the background fabric? I think it would look really cool done that way.

very pretty lizzy I love the color. I just finished a preprint (cheater quilt) in shades of lavender and purple.

wow I have to get going on my BOM... Tommorrow night I will do it and get it posted! you two , your blocks look amazing!

Well here it is!! :thumbup: This was a fun block to make, but of course, I had to make mine a little different!! :D I wanted to use floral fabric to go along with the floral theme that I have going. Hope everyone likes it!!

Sulabug I love the fabric you used...it's so pretty...but then I love flowers. All the blocks are just great. Is the background black or brown tone on tone?

Donna.....the background fabric is a dark olive green, with a touch on brown in it. It matches the dark green in the leaves of the floral fabric. Thank you for the kind comments!!

BATIKQLTR your block is very pretty I see you like shades of pink like I do. Dont you just love this website, I am so glad I found it.

Just wanted you all to know that even tho I have not sewn my blocks for a couple of months or posted anything here, I have not forgotten I have November block.
I will work on it today and post by Sunday evening instructions and hopefully a completed block picture.

Just alot of homework to keep up with. Something had to give and I am afraid it was the sewing and piecing. Not a choice made easily.
